Aye clearly he's gonna be back at some point. Was really ashame that UC didn't show him being recruited by Wesker. Maybe RE5 since that hints that maybe we shalt see Spencer and thus more pre RE4 stuffs.

he IS alive.

A: fought Leon, lost, and half his face, *right half i think* is burnt.
B: fought Ada afterward, half his face is burnt after that fight, loses again
C: this image, shows his picture upon finishing mercs, and that's the island blowing up in the background i'm pretty sure.

Krauser IS alive, just because he's badass.

Kind of like Omega from the Zero series.
